This Partner Agreement ("Agreement") is between TLD Publications LLC, doing business as Soloship Society ("Soloship"), and the individual or business enrolling in the Soloship Society Partner Program ("Partner").
By accepting this Agreement, Partner agrees to the following terms.
The Soloship Society Partner Program allows approved content creators and other partners to introduce Soloship Society to their audiences and earn recurring commissions on qualifying paid memberships.
The program is intended to create mutually beneficial, long-term relationships built on genuine recommendations, transparency, and shared success.
Participation is voluntary and nonexclusive.
All Partners must be approved by Soloship before participating.
Approved Partners will receive access to a designated referral link and applicable partner resources.
Soloship reserves the right to approve or decline applications based on brand alignment, eligibility, and legitimate business considerations.
Partners must provide accurate registration, payment, and applicable tax information.
Each Partner will receive a unique referral link through Soloship's designated affiliate tracking platform.
Qualifying referrals will be attributed according to the program's first-click attribution policy and initial 60-day referral window.
Once a qualifying referral has been associated with a verified Soloship account, that attribution may continue beyond the initial referral window.
Partners acknowledge that referral eligibility depends on valid tracking and attribution.
Soloship will make reasonable efforts to investigate documented tracking errors and correct commissions when reliable evidence establishes an eligible referral.
Self-referrals, fraudulent referrals, and attempts to manipulate attribution are prohibited.
Partners earn commissions for qualifying, successfully collected Society membership payments associated with their eligible referrals.
The initial commission schedule is:
| Qualifying Monthly Membership Payment | Partner Commission |
|---|---|
| Standard $29 Society membership | $9 per payment |
| Promotional $19 Society membership | $6 per payment |
For other promotional prices, commission rates must be established and communicated before the applicable promotion.
Commissions do not apply to free memberships, trial access, one-time credit bundles, or unrelated purchases.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, commissions are fixed-dollar amounts rather than percentages and do not automatically increase when Soloship changes its membership prices.
No commission is earned for an unpaid billing period.
Partners remain eligible to receive commissions on qualifying membership payments from their existing attributed referrals for as long as those memberships remain active and paying.
Partners are not required to continue producing promotional content to retain eligibility for previously established qualifying referrals.
Voluntary departure from the Partner Program or ordinary termination of the partnership does not eliminate commissions on qualifying referrals established before termination.
These protections remain subject to the provisions concerning refunds, fraud, misconduct, and payment eligibility.
When a referred member cancels or stops paying for their membership, commissions stop accruing.
If the same member later reactivates their Society membership, commissions resume on qualifying payments when the original referral can be reliably identified and attribution remains valid.
Partners do not earn commissions during inactive or unpaid periods.
Commissions are not payable on refunded, reversed, fraudulent, or successfully disputed membership payments.
If a commission has already been paid and the corresponding membership payment is subsequently reversed, Soloship may offset the amount against future commissions.
Any unrecovered balance will be handled according to applicable law and the circumstances of the reversal.
Commission payments will be administered through Soloship's designated affiliate management and payout platform.
The initial payment terms are:
Payment processing is subject to the Partner providing required payout and tax documentation.
Soloship may reasonably delay payments while investigating fraud, payment disputes, tracking errors, or other legitimate compliance concerns.
Soloship does not guarantee next-day or individually scheduled payouts.
Partners may promote Soloship through their own websites, social media accounts, newsletters, and other lawful promotional channels.
There are no mandatory posting quotas, minimum publication schedules, or guaranteed sales requirements under this Agreement.
Partners maintain editorial and creative independence.
Partners must:
Partners may not use deceptive advertising, purchased or fraudulent engagement, spam, impersonation, or unauthorized representations on Soloship's behalf.
Any separately commissioned content campaign or guaranteed deliverable arrangement must be documented in a separate written agreement.
Partners retain ownership of all original content they create.
Soloship Society does not automatically receive rights to reproduce, modify, distribute, or use Partner content for marketing or advertising purposes.
Soloship may share Partner content using the native sharing features of the applicable social media platform, subject to platform rules.
Any additional use of Partner content, including reposting outside native sharing features, editing, or using content in paid advertisements, requires the Partner's prior written permission.
Neither party is obligated to participate in additional content licensing or usage arrangements.
Partners must clearly disclose their financial relationship with Soloship whenever making endorsements or recommendations where that relationship would be relevant to the audience.
Complimentary membership access must also be disclosed when applicable.
Disclosures must be clear, noticeable, and appropriate for the content format and publishing platform.
Soloship may request correction or removal of promotional material that violates applicable advertising requirements or materially misrepresents the membership.
Partners act as independent contractors.
Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, agency, franchise, joint venture, or legal partnership relationship.
Partners are responsible for their own business activities, expenses, and applicable tax obligations.
Partners have no authority to enter contracts, make guarantees, or create obligations on behalf of Soloship.
Either party may end participation in the Partner Program by providing written notice.
Ordinary termination does not eliminate the Partner's entitlement to commissions on previously established qualifying referrals.
Soloship may suspend or terminate participation for serious violations, including fraud, deceptive promotion, intentional tracking manipulation, or other material breaches.
Where reasonably appropriate, Soloship may provide notice and an opportunity to correct a violation.
Commissions directly connected to substantiated fraud or misconduct may be withheld, reversed, or forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Unrelated, legitimately earned commissions will not automatically be forfeited because of a separate violation.
Soloship may update operational procedures, program eligibility standards, and terms governing future referrals by providing reasonable advance notice.
Changes to the Partner Program will not retroactively reduce the commission rates applicable to previously established qualifying referrals without the affected Partner's agreement.
Existing commission rights remain subject to the original eligibility conditions and the provisions of this Agreement.
Soloship may use third-party providers for referral tracking, commission calculations, partner dashboards, and payment administration.
Partners agree to provide information reasonably necessary for those services to operate.
Soloship does not guarantee uninterrupted third-party platform availability but will make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate commission records and resolve documented errors.
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to applicable federal law.
The parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes through written communication before pursuing formal legal remedies.
This Agreement, together with any expressly incorporated written program terms, constitutes the agreement between Soloship and Partner regarding participation in the Partner Program.
Any amendment affecting an existing Partner's protected commission rights requires that Partner's agreement.
Electronic acceptance through Soloship's designated Partner Program platform constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.
