These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Soloship Society website, mobile or web application, memberships, courses, digital products, downloads, educational materials, AI-assisted features, and related services.
By creating an account, accessing the Soloship Society app or website, purchasing a product, subscribing to a membership, using credits, downloading resources, or otherwise using Soloship Society services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Soloship Society provides educational and informational content related to personal growth, mindset, routines, organization, emotional wellness, habits, lifestyle, relationships, finances, health habits, and self-development.
Soloship Society content is not intended to provide medical, mental health, psychological, psychiatric, legal, tax, financial, investment, relationship, or other professional advice.
Use of Soloship Society does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, attorney-client, financial-advisor, or other professional relationship.
You should seek guidance from appropriately qualified professionals regarding your individual circumstances when needed.
You are responsible for evaluating the information provided and making your own decisions regarding your health, finances, relationships, safety, and personal circumstances.
Soloship Society does not guarantee any particular personal, emotional, financial, health, relationship, lifestyle, or business result.
Results vary based on individual circumstances, effort, consistency, choices, resources, and other factors outside the control of Soloship Society.
Any testimonials, examples, member experiences, or success stories are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not guarantees of future results.
By using Soloship Society, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary.
You accept responsibility for your own choices, actions, decisions, and results.
Personal growth, habit change, financial improvement, relationship decisions, health decisions, and lifestyle changes depend on individual circumstances and cannot be guaranteed by any course, app, program, tool, or resource.
You agree to use your own judgment and seek professional assistance when appropriate.
Users must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use Soloship Society.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting access to your account.
You may not share your login credentials or allow another person to use your account.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.
Soloship Society may suspend or terminate accounts that are used fraudulently, shared improperly, used to abuse the platform, or used in violation of these Terms.
Soloship Society may offer recurring paid memberships, including the Society membership.
Membership pricing, included features, billing frequency, and other material subscription terms will be disclosed before purchase.
By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize Soloship Society and its payment processor to charge the applicable membership fee to your selected payment method at each billing interval until the membership is canceled.
Memberships automatically renew unless canceled before the next renewal date.
Soloship Society memberships renew automatically each month until canceled. When applicable, your next billing date is available in your Profile. You are responsible for canceling before that date if you do not wish to renew.
Soloship Society does not send a separate reminder before each monthly renewal, although billing, payment-failure, or other transaction-related emails may be sent when applicable.
You may manage or cancel your membership through the billing management tools provided within your account when available.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless otherwise stated, access to paid membership features generally continues through the end of the current paid billing period.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for amounts previously paid.
Soloship Society may change membership pricing or features in the future. Material changes affecting an existing paid subscription will be communicated as required before taking effect.
Some Soloship Society features may use credits.
Credits may include different types, such as membership credits, complimentary credits, or separately purchased credits.
The availability, amount, expiration rules, and permitted uses of credits may vary depending on credit type.
Purchased credits are added to your account after successful payment and, unless otherwise disclosed at the time of purchase, do not expire.
Membership or complimentary credits may be subject to different limits, allowances, rollover rules, expiration rules, or membership requirements as described within the app.

Soloship Society may reasonably modify credit systems, allowances, or feature costs in the future. Changes will not remove purchased credits from an account solely because the credit system has been updated.
All prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the applicable charges.
Soloship Society does not directly control the processing systems of third-party payment providers and is not responsible for outages or errors originating solely within those third-party systems.
A member may request a refund within 24 hours of the original paid Society membership signup. The 24-hour refund window applies only to the initial Society membership purchase.
Membership renewal charges are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law.
Additional Purchased Credit purchases are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law.
Canceling a Society membership after the initial 24-hour refund window does not generate a refund.
After cancellation, the membership does not renew, and paid Society access continues through the end of the current paid billing period.

Refund requests are reviewed and, if approved, processed within 5 business days. After a refund is issued, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or financial institution.
Soloship Society may include artificial intelligence-assisted features, including conversational tools such as Talk with Soloship.
AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for your specific circumstances.
AI-assisted features are provided for informational, reflective, organizational, and educational purposes only.
They are not a substitute for professional medical care, mental health treatment, crisis intervention, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency services.
You should not rely on an AI-generated response as the sole basis for an important medical, financial, legal, safety, or other high-impact decision.
Soloship Society does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated responses.
Soloship Society is not an emergency, crisis-response, medical, or mental health service.
If you believe you or another person is in immediate danger or experiencing an emergency, contact appropriate local emergency services or qualified professionals.
Do not rely on Soloship Society, Talk with Soloship, journal tools, courses, or other app features for emergency assistance.
Soloship Society may allow you to create or save journal entries, gratitude entries, personal plans, reflections, notes, conversations, goals, progress information, and other content.
You retain ownership of the original content you create.
You are responsible for deciding what information you choose to enter into the platform.
You should avoid entering information that you do not want stored within your account or processed as described in the Soloship Society Privacy Policy.
Your use of these features is subject to the platform's technical availability, account status, and applicable data-retention practices.
All Soloship Society memberships, lessons, courses, worksheets, journals, downloads, videos, guides, and digital resources are licensed for individual personal use unless expressly stated otherwise.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, share, upload, publicly display, or commercially exploit Soloship Society materials without prior written permission.
Account access and purchased materials may not be shared with others.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, account sharing, or resale may result in suspended or revoked access.
Unless otherwise indicated, Soloship Society owns or licenses the content, branding, text, graphics, course materials, lessons, videos, downloads, logos, designs, frameworks, educational materials, and other intellectual property provided through its services.
These materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Soloship Society intellectual property to you.
When you submit feedback, ideas, suggestions, feature requests, improvement recommendations, or other similar submissions through Help Shape Soloship or elsewhere in the app, that submission may be reviewed and used by Soloship Society to improve its services, including future features, services, content, resources, and products.
Submitting an idea, suggestion, feature request, or other feedback does not create an ownership interest, royalty right, payment right, compensation obligation, business partnership, or intellectual-property partnership between you and Soloship Society.
Soloship Society may independently develop, use, modify, or create features, content, products, or services that are similar to ideas submitted by members without owing compensation to the submitting member.
Soloship Society may use themes, patterns, or anonymized insights derived from member feedback. Soloship Society will not publicly attribute a member's identifiable personal story or actual wording to that member without the member's permission.
If Soloship Society provides community spaces, member discussions, comments, messaging, events, or other interactive features, you agree to participate respectfully.
Prohibited conduct may include:
Soloship Society may remove content, restrict participation, or terminate access for serious or repeated violations.
Soloship Society may rely on or link to third-party services, including payment processors, hosting providers, artificial intelligence providers, analytics services, external websites, affiliate partners, or other technology platforms.
Soloship Society does not control the independent privacy, security, availability, content, or business practices of those third parties.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Soloship Society may occasionally recommend products, services, books, tools, or resources using affiliate links.
If you make a purchase through an affiliate link, Soloship Society may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.
Affiliate relationships do not guarantee that a product or service will be appropriate for your individual needs.
You remain responsible for evaluating purchases and third-party services for yourself.
Soloship Society aims to provide reliable access to its services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, software updates, third-party outages, technical problems, security concerns, or circumstances outside the control of Soloship Society.
Features may also be modified, improved, replaced, or discontinued over time.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Soloship Society and its owners, operators, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, Soloship Society services.
You understand that use of Soloship Society is voluntary and that you remain responsible for your decisions and actions.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Your use of Soloship Society is also governed by the Soloship Society Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, stored, processed, and shared in connection with your use of the website, application, memberships, AI-assisted features, journals, and other services.
By using Soloship Society, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.
Soloship Society may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of:
Termination of an account does not eliminate payment obligations incurred before termination.
Soloship Society may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
When changes are made, the updated version will display a revised "Last Updated" date.
Where required, additional notice may be provided for material changes.
Your continued use of Soloship Society after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any disputes relating to these Terms or Soloship Society services will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
